When and where is Base 24?
Base 24 is a 24-hour community fundraising challenge that brings teams of 10 together to keep the laps moving around the clock. Working in shifts, participants take turns completing laps throughout the 24-hour period while raising vital funds to support better local healthcare. Every lap and every dollar raised through Base 24 will help the Mildura Base Public Hospital Foundation provide 500 free skin screens for the Sunraysia community, supporting early detection and better local healthcare.
How much does it cost to enter?
Team entry is $250 per team of 10.
How many people are in a team?
Each team consists of 10 participants.
Do I need to complete laps for the entire 24 hours?
No. Team members will take turns completing laps throughout the 24-hour period. Your team can organise its own relay schedule.
Can businesses enter a team?
Yes. Base 24 is designed for participants, families, businesses and community groups.
Do I have to fundraise?
After registering, participants will be provided with access to their fundraising page, which they can share with friends, family, colleagues and their wider network.
