Today, host John Dooley, is speaking with Dr Bernhard Kuepper Mildura Base Hospital Director of medical and community services, Clinical Director of medicine and General medicine and cardiology Specialist physician. He is also an adjunct senior lecturer Monash University. Dr Kuepper spearheaded the initiative to establishing a Public Cardiac Unit at the hospital, something that has now come to fruition.
