We are extremely grateful to have been involved with Country Round featuring Geelong and Essendon at the MCG.

MBPH Foundation has had fantastic support for the Skin Cancer Screening Truck project.

The Bombers have been amazing in their support and we received enormous exposure across the whole weekend with interviews on SEN on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, as well as a story on Channel 7 News on Friday evening.

As a world first, it will not only improve health outcomes but also create research and funding opportunities for MBPH.

MBPH Foundation Cocktail Party & Fashion Parade

The MBPH Foundation Cocktail Party & Fashion Parade was a great night!

Thanks to Mildura City Heart for partnering this fabulous event that provided the crowd of 180 with glitz & glamour.

All proceeds of this event went to The Lucas Foundation which is famous for helping children and families in need.

Clinical Trials and Research Unit Grand Opening

The Mildura Base Public Hospital (MBPH) was a buzz with activity on Thursday, February 2 with more than 150 people attending the opening of our new $300,000 Clinical Trials and Research Unit, located on the ground floor of the Specialist Clinic, adjacent to the hospital.

The new unit will provide a valuable additional service for the health care of the community and further adds to the services provided at the MBPH, which will be a ‘game changer’ for health in the northern Mallee region.

A highlight of the event was the presentation of a cheque for $215,000 from the MBPH Foundation by Chair Ross Lake. This money will assist with the cost of establishing the Clinical Trials and Research Unit.

FOUNDATION CAR SALE FUNDRAISER

The MBPH Foundation is incredibly thankful to benefit from proceeds of the sale of a Suzuki Swift kindly donated by Eziway.

The car was sold by the Foundation’s Lifetime Partner Mildura Motor Holdings.
